The Palimpsest Portraits Project was able to raise about a third of its total goal outside of Kickstarter. People who pledged to the Kickstarter Campaign generously donated the same or greater amounts directly to Tyrus so that this series of prints could actually be created as intended (see the video below for more details).

Tyrus has been able to begin the full sized etchings by purchasing one set of smaller rollers than originally envisioned and plates to start just under half the portrait pairings. It will still require about $5000 to purchase the additional rollers, plates, and remaining inks and papers to complete the project.

Tyrus is still accepting donations to complete the project. You can give to the project by clicking on any of the levels included to the right. The Donor Reward gifts are listed on this page so you can see what you will receive in return for your generosity. For a few options you will need to designate exactly which image you wish to receive in the comments section when filling in credit card information.
