recent news:

The Cathedral Floor Plan etchings series (right) is currently being expanded. About twenty-five of these works will be part of an exhibition in the summer of 2017, and then they will comprise a traveling exhibition of just those works that will be available for venues starting in the Fall.

The summer exhibition is Con-Text: The Word Based Images of Tyrus Clutter, at the Appleton Museum of Art in Ocala, Florida. It will include many of the Palimpsest Portrait images that Tyrus has produced in the past year. Some of those were first exhibited at the Webber Gallery at College of Central Florida (below right) in January and Februrary. The Appleton exhibit will include many never before exhibited works.

The opening reception is June 10, 5:30 - 7:30 PM.

A preview of some of these works and other new works not part of the exhibit will be at Shannon Roth Collection in Ocala on June 1, 5:30 - 7:30 PM. Both events are free and open to the public.
